History of the Kingdom of Italy at the Villa Reale in Monza: extended to 10 January 2027

On the Belvedere floor of the Villa Reale in Monza there is still time to see “Storia del Regno d’Italia – Da Napoleone a Umberto II” (History of the Kingdom of Italy): open since 17 April 2026, it has been extended until 10 January 2027. It covers more than 220 years of Italian history through official paintings, uniforms, signed documents, decorations and objects that belonged to the royal family, up to the referendum of 2 June 1946. For the centenary of Queen Margherita’s death, a special focus is dedicated to Italy’s first queen and her bond with the Villa Reale (official info: reggiadimonza.it and mostravillarealemonza.it).
