The home is set on two levels, with well-distributed spaces and a welcoming atmosphere inspired by sailing boats and lake traditions.

The first level is the bright, functional living area, with an equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge space. The furnishings recall a nautical style, with light colours and carefully chosen details that make the space pleasant and relaxing.

The second level houses the sleeping area, more private and quiet, designed for maximum comfort. The layout over two floors clearly separates the living spaces from the sleeping areas, ideal for both short and longer stays. The house has two bathtubs, one of which can also be used as a shower.

The house is right in the historic centre of Como, a 4-minute walk from the Cathedral and about 8–9 minutes on foot from the lake and the ferry pier, close to restaurants, shops and the main sights, all easily reached on foot.
