L'Arco al Convento is a cosy studio with mezzanine and a unique character, located on the ground floor in a quiet, secluded area, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Como and the lake.
The apartment is set on two levels:
the main floor has a functional, well-organised living area with an equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The rooms are bright and furnished in a modern style, so you feel at home straight away.
The mezzanine sleeping area has an evocative, intimate atmosphere, with a comfortable double bed, characteristic vaulted ceilings and carefully chosen details, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The modern bathroom has a shower, wall-hung sanitaryware and clean, elegant finishes.
A key strength of the apartment is the free private parking right in front, a real rarity in Como, which makes your stay extremely convenient even if you arrive by car.

By car
Set your sat nav to Via Rezzonico 23, Como. The property has free private parking right in front of the entrance. Once you have parked, you can comfortably explore the lake and the centre on foot.
By train
Como is well connected with Milan and the main cities of Lombardy. Frequent trains run from Milano Centrale or Milano Porta Garibaldi to Como San Giovanni (about 35–45 minutes). From Milano Cadorna there is a direct service to Como Lago.
From the airports
From Milan Malpensa: Malpensa Express to Milan, then a train to Como. From Milan Linate: M4 metro (with one change) or taxi to Milano Centrale, then a train to Como.
