The apartment is spread over 3 rooms, with a smart layout designed to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The entrance opens onto a large open-plan area connected to a separate kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare meals, and a bright living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 43-inch flat-screen TV. There are 2 bathrooms: a guest bathroom with washing machine and a full bathroom with shower. The second room is the double bedroom, furnished with a comfortable, spacious bed and connected to an outdoor area, where guests will find a table for eating outdoors. Finally, we come to the master bedroom, a room furnished with great attention to detail, with a comfortable double bed. The room is comfortable and welcoming, ideal for a couple, and also includes a space for working on a laptop in an inspiring setting, with a large bookcase of law and culture books and a view over the cityscape. The whole apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The layout also gives the right amount of privacy to the different guests who may be staying in the apartment.
